Client Engagement;

Initial meeting prep (Research into prospective client, company profile presentation, pricing discussions), proposal design and development (includes an outline of client pain-points, goals and objectives as well as proposed solutions and pricing), Keeping client updated while designing their solutions, Reviewing designs and implementing changes requested by the client.

Brand Identity Design;

Branding exercises with client to extract core values and personality, goals and objectives, SWOT Analysis, Audience exploration (including current and ideal audiences), Brand Analysis + Guide (Design & Development), Logo design/Re-design, Design of all brand touchpoints (business cards, company stationary, HTML email signatures, company profiles & brochures, presentations, forms (both print & interactive PDF’s).

Front-end Web Design;

Client engagement (to inform UI/UX preferences), Photography/ Photo-editing (of clients products/services for their website), Copy-writing for web pages, Website interface and user experience design (UI/UX), Back-end configuration (SEO settings [Keyword Research, Title Tags, Meta Descriptions], form settings, DNS configuration, Google Site Verification [Including Google Business Listing]

Social Media Marketing (on behalf of clients);

Strategy development, Regular client meetings to discuss/review topics and content, Topic research, Copy-writing, Image design (Posts/Infographics), Sharing of content (Organic strategy), Monthly reports and reviews.
