Key Responsibilities: Researching addresses and Landlords

Lead Generation / Prospecting / Finding Opportunities

Frequency planning, follow-ups, and content planning to keep clients informed and in communication.

Listing adverts for our rooms that came up for Re-Let

Prepare formal offers, contracts, and agreements with Landlords.

Prepare short-term tenancy agreements with Tenants.

Managed Lettings team – ensure contacting enquiries in a timely manner, and keeping adverts up to standard and advertising as many re-lets or new lets as possible. Holding team accountable and ensuring requested tasks and priorities are done.

New property setup (contractors, inventory clerks, fire safety, etc. scheduled and arranged before tenants moved in)

Administration (pipelines, databases, reports, tracking, email etc.)

Market research on similar properties for offers and pricing accuracy

Managed researcher in Durban, South Africa, whose responsibility was to exhaust all resources and ensure all suitable, quality properties were added to our CRM for the team to contact Landlords or Agents.

Online video calls with clients and team

Supplier relationship maintenance – regular check ins via email and video calls. Attended webinars and product launches on behalf of the company.

Attended industry workshops and webinars to stay informed on industry changes and progression.

Assisted with any overflow administration of the Managing Director.

Marketing input to increase sales and ensure product communicated clearly.

Updating templates and creating ones where necessary. Cleaning up of company digital filing and updating formats to be consistent across the company.

Training team members on new software, new products, new company changes and creating and implementing processes
