- Screening candidates on a daily basis — asses questionnaire, video forms, CV, etc. -Communicate with candidates by email/recruiting platforms promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
- Filtering candidates for open positions
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and personality traits
- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites ( mostly sourcing does this)
