Job Title: General Admin & Events Manager

- All admin duties related to functions and events including invoicing, basic HR & day to day admin
- Follow up on invoices and filing
- Manage members and resident’s functions
- Book and handle functions for the various sports codes, i.e: Golf, Squash, Tennis & Bowls
- Ensure smooth running of the functions and catering for private functions i.e weddings and golf days
- Designing packages in order to maximise on providing the best possible service to suit all budgets
- Bookings for various function facilities & meeting and conference rooms
